In this session, we'll spend time talking about what RCS for Business is, how it differs from SMS, and why it's becoming the gold standard for business messaging.
We'll also show you RCS in action with live examples of verified, branded, interactive messages — carousels, quick-reply buttons, rich media, and conversational flows.

In the latter half of the session, you'll see how brands use RCS to push outbound campaigns and power inbound conversations where customers can browse, book, and buy in the messaging app they already use.
